We will begin by answering your questions about our services. We are happy to also speak with a caregiver/ family member of your choosing. We will plan to evaluate you and your home carefully and outline what you might need to meet your goals. Mindy completes the evaluations and Tim measures and investigates building needs. With your permission, we will take pictures of you and your home that are kept privately for our planning. We will then draft our recommended updates and share them with you. Most of the time, updates to the plan are needed and final reviews are made. We will discuss with you who will do the work and if funding is available. We have worked with the VA, Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ comp, grants, and private pay sources.
